Cheer 101

This class focuses on basic cheer skills (motion technique and training, jumps, and tumbling), strength, coordination, confidence, and FUN!  This is a great class for current cheerleaders wanting to brush up/perfect basic skills or athletes that have never cheered before and want to get their basics down before emerging themselves into a team experience.
